For the past 2 years I have been an avid decaf coffee drinker. But over the last month, I‘ve been feeling pretty lousy and not sure exactly what’s triggering the blahs.
So after meeting with my doctor we are omitting coffee, dairy and going back to eating 5-6 small meals a day- loading up on protein.
I love that I am able to meet with my team of doctors and revamp my plans all while working towards my healthy goals.
Typically between 2-4pm I hit a slump and grab a coffee. But for the last few days, I’ve been having black tea and diffusing lemon and peppermint like a BOSS!
This oily combo is great for waking up the senses and helping me to naturally feel like I was able to take a catnap and have several cups of coffee.
